Randy Loatman serves as General Manager of the Port City Power and is a key part of the team’s new ownership group, helping lead the return of professional basketball to Saint John with a strong focus on community, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
Randy is deeply committed to rebuilding the organization for the fans and for the city. Understanding the disappointment many in the community have felt in the past, his approach is rooted in transparency, stability, and doing things the right way. Every decision is made with the goal of restoring trust, creating a positive game-day experience, and building something that Saint John can rally behind and be proud of.
As General Manager, Randy oversees basketball operations, team logistics, and league coordination, while working closely with local partners, volunteers, and supporters to ensure the team is connected to the community it represents. His hands-on leadership and community-first mindset are central to the Port City Power’s mission to grow the game locally and create a lasting impact beyond the court.
